Team Career Aces successfully completes a comprehensive training regime at G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. A total of 464 students attended the sessions that span for 2 weeks. The sessions were a mix of technical, aptitude and interview skills delivered in collaboration with the faculty and alumni of the institute. Every student was individually mentored through mock interviews and discussion sessions.

Career Aces launches an online Computer-Adaptive testing portal, Employability Test and Analysis (ET&A). 238 students of Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad were the first to undergo the test. The test gauges the skill levels of candidates and serves as a pre cum post training assessment mechanism. The effectiveness of mentoring sessions is also measured through the test.
