I am lucky to get a great opportunity to do an internship with Team Career Aces as a content developer. Being students, we usually don’t get such opportunities. Being very interested in the field of Mathematics, I found this as a great opportunity. I was under guidance of very experienced people, who helped me at every step.  Although my mentors were highly experienced and very senior to me, they helped me rectify the mistakes very patiently. I learnt a lot and gained a lot of experience, and more than experience, a satisfaction that I could work and contribute at least a little towards Mathematics. I would like to thank Team Career Aces for giving me such a great opportunity.

I believe astounding results can be achieved by hard work, Innovation and vision. Just 5 months back i.e. before the training, I was never confident of the fact that I could land a job in great organisations like Accenture and Indian Air Force. Firstly, I am not sure what to and what not to speak in an interview. I consider myself privileged to have undergone training under Career Aces. Because of this training I was able to clear all my written tests (Accenture, Air force Exam and JP Morgan) and GD as well. Mock interview was a major part in the whole training regime. HATS OFF to my Interviewer (the mentor from Career Aces who conducted the mock interview)! He has made me a real STAR!

After the Interview I started rediscovering myself, reliving my strengths and my weaknesses. My will to succeed against all odds has seen me through so far, and I am confident that it will continue to aid me in all my endeavours.

I am really proud to be a Campus Ambassador for Career Aces at GNITS and to work as an intern with the team of Career Aces.

This is Harish, first of all I want to thank your team for coming to our college and motivating and guiding us in the apt direction.
Personally I liked all the sessions, they were very fresh and energetic. To be frank, the education system now-days is so rigid and compact that innovations and fresh ideas are not at all encouraged. Even the daily classes were happening just for name sake, not much to learn or expand our intellect, just feeding undigested bookish words.
But your sessions were really fresh and completely different. The procedure adopted for teaching was really interesting, fun filled and more over very much inspiring. The classes were so interesting that even time seemed to be too fast.

Being a placement officer working with career aces for the last two years, the journey with them in training and placement has been really nice and excellent. It’s a very good experience.

This year from the 2012 batch, already 468 offers have been made by the industry, mainly Infosys, Accenture and JP Morgan. Out of these 468 students, almost everyone has been trained by Career Aces with a total number of 540.

I am confident that this is one of the things which have improved the quality of our student in addition to our technical knowledge. That is the result why, this academic year, just on the first slot itself 458 students got selected out of 540 eligible candidates.

Career Aces has come a long way ahead in what the Indian Education Industry had been looking for quite some time now.The very idea of grooming students and aligning them with the Industrial requirements is what many in-house TPOs have failed in. The education system of India had severly failed over the years to inculcate the right vocational training to the youth that was targeted by the IT Industry.

IT Industry today is looking up to such initiatives that help cut down costs related to baseline trainings for unskilled labour. I know most of the founding team members personally and admire their commitments to contribute to the education and training sector. They had left their respectable and successful careers in some of the best MNCs and government organization to help further this cause.

They founded this organization as a bridge between an education and the industry expectations. Many a times, with lack of proper exposure, many students find it difficult to get through interviews. They may be competent but their skill set needs to be polished and aligned to industry expectations, be it technical or soft skill. These missing qualities is a loss not only for students but also for an ever growing Indian Software Industry, which requires huge qualified manpower.
